Sorry for the late posting...busy, crazy day... I did my regular Friday circuit workout, with only 12 mins on the treadmill as I was running late. Weight Training Circuit (Complete 3 cycles) 1. Machine Leg Press 1 x 8 2. Machine Chest Press 1 x 8 3. Cable Seated Row 1 x 8 4. Machine Leg Curls 1 x 8 5. Standing DB Shoulder Press 1 x 8 6. Standing DB Biceps Curls 1 x 8 7. SB Dumbbell Triceps Extension 1 x 8 8. Machine Back Extension 1 x 10 9. SB Crunch 1 x 15 What did you do to move your body today? Lori

Hi Lori, Today I did three miles on my gazelle and two miles on my exercise bike. I wanted to walk outside but it was raining. My energy isn't back. It was hard getting up at 5:00am for work this morning. (Especially since hubby was off) Have a great weekend. Diana
