It's my surgaversary.............
What a difference a year makes. I am so thankful for all of my expierences that I have had in going through this journey. Everyday was not a walk in the park but, through trial and error I made it through. I am still pushing towards goals that I have written down. I am reveling in the accomplishments that I have made thus far.And I am looking forward to what lies ahead for me. Thank you to those who have answered my many questions. Thank you to those who have kept me going even when you may not even know it. (Sometimes I jut gotta lurk around)
Thanks for the prtotein trains and challenges, the daily insiprations and the humor. I just had to sit back and think.......Where else would you find this type of support from so many different people? Some of whom if it were not for this site I would've never had a chance to interact with. There are alot of people that I have never had a chance to meet yet Just thank you guys for being a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, and advice when needed. Indeeed this has been a blessed year for me and I would never change it for anything.I started off as SMO with a BMI of 62.3 now I am about half of what I started off at. For those getting ready to start your journey, from me to you this a journey that I have never regretted.
