Gym Is Open (Wednesday)

My weight loss surgery support group has started a strength training class on the 4th Wednesday of the month for one hour, so that will be my exercise today...but, I also hope to get in some walking tonight. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

Today I made it to the gym for 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer. I've sort of gotten out of my daily workout groove and am trying to get back into it. I went to the gym Tuesday and Wednesday, and am planning to go today and tomorrow, plus one day this weekend. Hopefully I'll slide right back into my pattern of hitting the gym 4-5 times each week. I lose faster when I do, plus I feel a lot better too. Good luck to everyone with finding the energy and motivation to move today! Kellie
