Gym Is Open (Wednesday)
Today I made it to the gym for 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer. I've sort of gotten out of my daily workout groove and am trying to get back into it. I went to the gym Tuesday and Wednesday, and am planning to go today and tomorrow, plus one day this weekend. Hopefully I'll slide right back into my pattern of hitting the gym 4-5 times each week. I lose faster when I do, plus I feel a lot better too.
