I'm looking for a protein I can add to food or drinks. Something that breaks up or melts easy. I don't want to taste it in my food either. Is there such a thing out there??

Good luck! The only thing that I have found that I can add to foods that I cant taste is Any Whey tasteless.. Its kinda expensive but worked great when I was first post op. I still use it today, mostly in my coffee.. Just to get a few extra grams of protein since I still cant eat enough to meet my needs. Others suggest unjury but Ive never tried it. Amber

I'll vouch for UNJURY. I used the unflavored UNJURY in my Crystal Light and it mixes up without any problem at all. I also use it when I'm making batches of sugar-free pudding. It can be used in cold foods, and warm foods, but not anything that's boiling hot. If you want protein that doesn't go into food, I recently tried the Profect protein. It comes in 3 oz servings and you just drink it. It's an easy way to get in 25 gm of protein at once. Kix

Thanks guys. I just ordered my Unjury and I also bought some samples too. I don't know how I forgot about this so close to surgery....

UNJURY! I love the chocolate and unflavored! I put it in yogurt, SF puddings, and I drink the chocolate all the time! It's my favorite protein drink! Jan

I must be the oddball because I bought Unjury unflavored and it's STILL sitting in my cabinet. I DO NOT like it at all!! I know it says unflavored but it changes the taste of everything I've used it in. Jamie
