I haven't forgotten you all!

Hey my friends, how is everyone doing? I feel terrible that I don't check in more often, after all it was this board that was my biggest support pre-op. I do check in to see how all my friends are doing, but I just don't have as much time to post as I used to! So just a quick update on me~ I am now down from 316 to 174, a total of 142 pounds in 8 months! I am down from a size 28 or 3X to a size 12/14 or Large!(check out the pic at the bottom of my profile) I am still working, going to college, and raising my little girl. My interests have changed, I no longer sit here and play on my computer, I love to shop, go walking, bike riding, and spend lots of time with my husband and daughter. My marriage has improved dramatically, and what a relief. I was firmly convinced that we were headed for a divorce, and we are much happier now than we have been in years...we are even trying for another baby! I know its soon, but I am so ready, and my ob/gyn gave her approval. She knows more about my body than my surgeon does. Anyhow, wish me luck and hopefully the next time I check in I will have even bigger news to share! Take care and let me know how you all are when you can! Love ya! Karyn
