Havent been eatting or drinking the best. Been sheetrocking, mudding, sanding, and painting the upstairs still and forget to eat and drink like im suppossed to. Guess it shows this week. Oh well. Lost five last week so aint worrying. At least didnt gain. But... Will totally start getting in enough protein and water starting this week for sure. I have had so much energy till its spooky I tell ya... Lol hugs marge

Another 33.8 pounds to go before I hit the double century mark. Hopefully my body won't decide it's done losing before then!

I had 2 really big WOW moments this weekend. One I got below 300 lbs on Friday and then Sunday I got in and could wear my size 26 jeans to work last night. I had tried them on 2 weeks ago and got in them but it was still to uncomfortable to wear for 8 hrs. Last night I wore them to work and didnt have any problems.
I also got all my hair cut off last week...new pic on profile too.

Went to see the stage version of "The Lion King" on Saturday and had a great time. Other than the price of the ticket, it was a cheap afternoon since all I needed to eat was one string cheese stick and a bottle of water.
I did have a couple of issues last week adding "real" food to my eating plan, both involving meat/fi****hought I chewed everything thoroughly, so I think I either ate too fast or ate too much. Lesson learned!

I'll join in! I report my weight monthly since it's only a couple pounds per month nowadays since I'm almost 18 months out.
Beginning weight: 303 (i'm 5-2 so that put my BMI well over 50. highest weight was 319 back in 2002).

My new scale stopped working and then we went to North Dakota for 10 days, so this is my first weigh in since 9-13.

I had a few wow moments, one was actually LOSING weight on a trip. Also rode on a train for the first time. It was not fun, but I did it. I never could have done it before losing this weight.
I feel SO good!
