Good for you Kellie. I just finished a round trip walk that took an hour. So, now when I go to the gym after work, I will just do my leg machines and ab work. It is such a beautiful day, I couldn't resist! But, I didn't have on the right shoes, so...I'm sure I'll regret it later. Lori

I leave my gym bag in my car, so I always have good workout shoes available. I learned that lesson after walking a couple times early this summer in a pair of casual sport slides. My legs and feet hurt for a couple days afterwards, and I vowed not to do that again! Hopefully things aren't too bad for you today. Plus, we do have to enjoy the nice weather while it lasts Kellie
