Gym Is Open (Wednesday) I'm posting this Tues night
I moved to lose this morning, I workout every weekday morning, I just don't usually post it!
5 minutes elliptical machine... I just started using this thing and it's killing my glutes and inner thighs
4 sets of 15 w/80lbs leg presses
4 sets of 12 w/25lbs leg extensions
4 sets of 12 w/25lbs leg curls
15 minutes on recumbent bike
would have done longer on the bike but I got some killer cramps in my calf that just wouldn't go away!
