Gym Is Open (Wednesday) I'm posting this Tues night

Since I'll be at the radio station helping them raise money from 6 am to 2 pm tomorrow, then at meetings, I thought I'd post this now. I will have to go to the gym after my long day tomorrow. What did you do to move your body on Wednesday? Lori

I moved to lose this morning, I workout every weekday morning, I just don't usually post it! 5 minutes elliptical machine... I just started using this thing and it's killing my glutes and inner thighs 4 sets of 15 w/80lbs leg presses 4 sets of 12 w/25lbs leg extensions 4 sets of 12 w/25lbs leg curls 15 minutes on recumbent bike would have done longer on the bike but I got some killer cramps in my calf that just wouldn't go away! Treadmill: 32 min. Elliptical: 12 min. Back and legs on weight machines; 3 sets of 10 reps each. jacie

I went to water aerobics today. Now I am working my insides. Ha, ha. I was at Starbucks and they offered me a sample of French press Black Label ccofee. It was a small and I am racing. They knew I was a real coffee drinker. That's why they offered me the sample. I am glad it wasn't a venti. Wow.

I made it to the gym three days in a row now (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday). On Wednesday, I did 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer. Kellie
