Well I guess I am back with a vengance (sp?) I feel so good I was on the elliptical today for 65 min and then I did some weights. When I came home I moped my whole house twice so I think I know why I am getting sleepy but I have to get tha****er in for the day. What did you do to move your body today? Lorraine
