The Gym is open
Well, I will be heading to the gym tonight to do my hour on the elliptical machine. I think it is more like 65 min. I just love that machine, I don't really like going at night but I have to do what I have to do. I sleep sooooo much better when I exercise.

Thanks so much for keeping the gym open! This is the first chance I've had to log on since last Thursday! I was afraid this would happen. If you can pick this up, that is great!
I have exercised. I missed Friday and Saturday, but, Sunday and Monday I did 90 minutes each day, both a combo of 45 minutes cardio and 45 minutes strength training. I missed yesterday, but, today, after my WLS support group meeting, I'm back at the gym. Exercise is way too important in my life to let it slip!!!!

Last night - 40 minute cardio dance class, followed by 50 minute Pilates/toning class. I'm walking a lil' funny today cuz I'm so sore from the toning.....
Tonight - I'll have to see how tired I am after school tonight. I'd love to muster up the energy to do a step class, but I'm always so wiped out on school nights because between work and school it's almost a 16 hour day.
