GYM IS OPEN! (MONDAY)
Lori leaves the key to the gym under the front porch mat, so I'll open the gym today on her behalf.
I did a short walk throughout the house without my walker, which is quite a bit of exercise for my big wobbly legs. They're pretty tired now.
I also had to mop the kitchen floor, which I think should count as exercise even though I didn't do a very good job!
What did you do to move your body today?

I think it sounds like you are really coming along! Hang in there and it will come! I didn't do any formal exercise on Sunday...just chores...which is still work...
Tonight, I'm headed to the gym to do lower body strength training and my friend the treadmill....thank goodness I'm listening to a good book on my iPod. (Water For Elephants).

I injured my left hip over the weekend - I don't know how it exactlyhappened. I only know that I went to bed Saturday night feeling fine and woke up sunday morning barely able to walk. I spent the weekend at an amusement park, so I'm thinking it was one of those rides. It is still stiff, but not nearly as painful as it was. Anyway, I rested the hip yesterday and sunday and wil try some light cardio tonight (Tuesday).
