6 Months Post Op!

I am officially 6 months out as of yesterday!!! I didn't quite make my mini goal but I am happy with the progress I have made. I am officially down 144 LBS and only have 103 to go! I never in a million years would have thought my goal was obtainable. I know the rapid weight loss is over but i'm going to be optimistic that I can lose the last 103lbs in the next year. CONGRATS!!! What a wonderful accomplishment! You have a lot of be proud of!! Keep doing what you're doing and I'm sure that the weight will continue to fall off. -Carol

Rose, Great Job, you have done great. I am 11 months out and still lose 2 to 3 lbs a week, so you will do fine.. Lynn
