Gym Is Open (Tuesday)

I did the gym thing last night and left feeling so good! I'm headed there again tonight. 45 minutes on the treadmill, then 30 minutes of strength training, I will focus on abs and lower body tonight. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

I just came back inside after my short walk. I took my two dog nephews with me, and it was quite a challenge trying to manage two inquisitive dogs pulling on leashes while I'm trying to walk with my walker! Apparently, one of my dog nephews wasn't too happy about having to be on his leash, and let me know by leaving a big yellow spot on the hallway rug. My sister is going to be when she gets home tonight and sees it. It felt good walking outside today, the weather is perfect for walking. Kix

Lucky for me, she was too tired to care! I used some Oxyclean on the spot, so the actual evidence was gone, but I pointed it out, anyway. I'm one of those people who figures it's just better to confess and get it over with rather than try to get away with things. Kix

I did 50 minute hi/lo impact cardio (mixture of high and low impact). Followed by upper body weights and abs.
