Gym Is Open (Wednesday)

hi lori: this is not a pity me party, just wanted to let you know the cortisone wore off in my ankle so i'm not able to do the ellyptical anymore. bums me out cause i got up to ten minutes. also means surgery in the very near future. but i'll be back to the 'gym is open' postings asap. hang in there, girl. i know it's been beyond miserable for you lately. my prayers and thoughts are with you. take care. hugs dorthe
