I weighed in today. I am down another 11.4 lbs. That brings me down to 351. (I had really hoped to break 350, oh well...) That brings me to (drumroll please) 102.5 lbs. lost since surgery and a total (really big drum roll now) of 307 lbs. lost since I started my pre-op diet 19 months ago!!! I have slowed down to averaging just under 3 lbs. a week now, but I am a very happy camper. (BTW, I am 5 months post-op now.)
