Gym Is Open (Thursday)

I'm posting this on Wednesday night as I won't be near a computer tomorrow. My plan is to go to the gym early in the morning and do cardio and upper body strength training. I have to go at 5 am to make it to my 7:30 am all day meeting....wish me luck! What did you do to move your body today? Lori

It's my off day, which I desperately need because my calves are real sore - been working them too hard for the past 4 days, I guess. P.S. all day meeting = unfun.

I did my newest routine today.... Elliptical - 10 minutes weight training - arms - 30 minutes Treadmilll - 30 minutes got a bit of a shin splint today, I think it was the shoes I was wearing..... sigh.... The scale was down again this morning! WOOHOOOOO! Karen 356/217/???

I woke up to ten inches of snow this morning. I hate snow! At least it should melt tomorrow when the temperature goes back up to the 60s. No short walk for me, I'm not a sled dog. I did some leg strengthening exercises, but it just doesn't feel like enough exercise. Maybe I'll do another bunch later. Kix
