GYM IS OPEN (SATURDAY)!

Happy weekend, all! The gym is open! It's a lovely day here in Colorado. The snow is almost melted and I think it's in the low 60s today -- a perfect fall day. I went to pick up my bifocals today. It's weird getting used to them. I did a bunch of walking at the clinic and then a short walk outside after we came home. I would like to spend more time outside today, so I may do another walk later. What did you do to move your body today? Kix

Great Shellie! I've been planning to buy myself a bike if I get under 200 lbs...but, I've been holding at 233 so long...we will see in the Spring, I'm getting a bike regardless of my weight! Lori
