GYM IS OPEN (TUESDAY)

I'm opening the gym while Lori is at her conference in Orlando. I no longer have to decide whether I'm getting a cold -- it's here. Ugh. I'm going to load up on chicken soup with garlic (thanks, Dorthe!) and take some Tylenol Cold medicine. After I do that, the dogs and I are going to spend the rest of the day in the recliner. Even though I'm being a hyprocrite today by not exercising, I'll ask everyone else: What did you do to move your body today? Kix

My usual workday routine in the gym this morning! 15 mins on the elliptical 30 minutes weight training - arms 30 minutes on the treadmill and the scale was down again this morning! Karen 356/216/???

Kix, According to my pedometer, I walked 2.5 miles around Downtown Disney...too many kids or I would have walked more! Lori P.S. Very sorry you are sick!
