It's Saturday, everyone! Seize the day! I still have my cold, but I'm at the stage now where I've taken so much cold medicine, my brain feels like it's dried up. Of course, I'm still coughing and sneezing, but I've decided I've been sick long enough, and I refuse to acknowledge this cold any more after today! A girl can only take so much, you know. I did some leg strengthening exercises this morning. I will do a short walk later with the dogs, which ought to be extremely interesting -- me, my walker, and two insane dogs on leashes. What did you do (or will you do) to move your body today? Kix

Hey hon! You poor thing with your cold - hope you feel back to normal soon! I've been doing aerobics every morning (from my many tapes I've had for YEARS), and today I actually lasted 35 minutes! Pretty good considering two weeks ago I could barely do 20 minutes. Now if that dang scale would just move I've been stuck for 4 weeks. Have fun with that walk, just be careful! Pam
