Gym Is Open (Tuesday)

I had a quick workout this morning as I wanted to go vote before work. I did 20 minutes on the recumbant bike and 20 minutes on the treadmill. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

I went to the gym after work for 40 sweaty minutes on the elliptical trainer. I had gotten out of my groove for the past 2-3 weeks and am working hard to get back into it. So far, so good. Kellie

Sorry I haven't been updating. I have been going to the gym in the mornings its so much nicer for me. Yesterday i did 50 min on the elliptical trainer. Lorraine

I was kind of tired yesterday, so all I did was some leg strengthening exercises and then walked around the house without my walker. Kix

Well, I feel better, but I still have some of that annoying residual cold stuff (leftover congestion and cough). I quit taking cold products on Sunday night. I hope a little walking is better than none! Thanks for the pep talk! Kix
