Gym Is Open (Thursday)
I have picked up some endurance. I used to be able to do only a few leg lifts. But I can do around thirty per leg give or take. As far as my strength I dont think I will ever be as strong as I was when I was younget. I have lost too much. Mind and Body. I used to work as a CNA and could lift just about everyone, even the heavey men. They would come and get me when nobody else could do it. I cant imagine that now. I have gotten really weak and dont imagine I will ever get that back. I need to do some strength exercise on a regular bases and I dont do that it would probable help. I am going to request some more of lesline sansone dvds for christmas presents. Maybe she has some strength training ones. Good luck love marie
