Gym is Open (Friday)

TGIF everyone!!! I drug myself into the gym this morning...wow was it hard to get up today. I did 45 minutes on the treadmill, then upper body strength training for 20 minutes. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

My sibling had the day off, so we spent most of the day running errands. I did a short walk when I came home, but no leg strengthening exercises. The leg strengthening exercises do wonders for my legs, but OW, my knees! Kix

Kix, Your knees will get better, albeit slowly. Mine were so bad I walked with a cane. Now look at me. But, they still can hurt from time to time....like today in water aerobics...which is weird. But, they feel fine now. Little by little! Hugs, Lori

hey, what a coincidence. i drugged myself today too. i did find a set of exercises on the net to regain my balance more speedily. so...i turned my head from left to right 20 times. then...i lifted and dropped my chin 20 times and to top it off... tada .... i stretched my neck muscles in each direction, too. WOOHOO!!!! i know it's not progress in leaps and bounds but it is forward progress. talk to you soon. dorthe
