Gym is Open (Friday)
hey, what a coincidence. i drugged myself today too.
i did find a set of exercises on the net to regain my balance more speedily.
so...i turned my head from left to right 20 times.
then...i lifted and dropped my chin 20 times
and to top it off... tada .... i stretched my neck muscles in each direction, too.
WOOHOO!!!!
i know it's not progress in leaps and bounds but it is forward progress.
