Gym Is Open (Monday)

Had a rough time dragging out of bed today and the weather is crappy. Did make it to the gym, but, only had time for 45 minutes on the treadmill. Hope to do some pilates tonight. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

It's really overcast in CO today, which is unusual for us. It's also cold, BRR! I have a boatload of house chores to do today (vacuuming, mopping, dusting), so that's how I'll be toiling ... er, moving my body today. I'll do some leg strenghtening exercises along the way. The leg strengthening exercises actually make the housework easier, which is odd. I need to say that I really hate mopping the floor, especially when I'm sure it will rain/snow/hail or something in the next 24 hours. Can't wait any longer, though, or our feet will be permanently affixed to the floor! Kix

15 mins on elliptical 15 mins weight training for legs 2 miles on treadmill and I'm planning on taking the dog for a walk when I get home! Karen

I did 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer after work yesterday. Am planning to do the same today - still working on getting myself back in a regular groove... Kellie
