Gym Is Open (Tuesday)

I did not make it to the gym this morning. At 4:30am when my alarm went off there was this raging rainstorm happening...I just went back to sleep...so, that means I have to go to the gym tonight... What did you do to move your body today? Lori

Went to the gym last night too. 20 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes on the treadmill. Boy did my hamstrings feel like jello. Sandy 357/190/165

I do weight machines every other day so today I'll do 15 minutes on the bike, 45 minutes on the weight machines and end with 15 minutes on the elliptical. Up until I had my gallbladder out last March, I had been religiously going to the gym. When I had my gallbladder out the doctor wouldn't let me exercise at the gym for 6 weeks. That basically got me out of my schedule and my children's activities consumed my spring/summer. I didn't make time for it. I'm getting back on track and started back religiously last week. I definitely need to whip those muscles into shape before they boomerang back at me and whip me..... Sandy 357/190/165

With all the rigorous housework I did on Monday (and didn't use my walker), my muscles were so sore that all I could manage on Tuesday were some leg strengthening exercises. Kix

Kix, When you are very sore like that, it does help to still try and do something. Glad you did the leg strengthening exercises. Also, are you stretching? Lori
