I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and then 30 min. on the elliptical. Then I did my arms, chest, shoulders and abs for weight training. jacie

Great Lorraine...make sure you do a whole lot of extra stretching for those sore legs...mine are sore today too. Lori

Hi Lori, I have never posted on your Gym, but thought I would start. Last nite , hubby got me a stationary bike. I did 7 miles in 30 minutes. Hope to increase my speed as I get more use to it. It felt really good, and since the time change I can't go walking afterwork anymore. take care, Lynn

Did 50 minutes on the elliptical last night and guess what......the scale finally moved. Weighed last night and again this morning. It said 189. I haven't seen the scale move in at least 6 months. I'm really excited. Sandy 357/189/165
