Arm Bike Excercise?

I am a beginner too. I think the arm bike would be a good cardio sub. and also increase your circulation. Lori is right on in her advice. You might consider trying this for your legs--I found a PBS program (Dish satellite, 58) "Sit and Be Fit" that works for me. I just finished 20 min. of gentle stretching and ti chi. Feels so good and is so gentle. You can stand or the sitting modifications are shown also. Right now, I have to sit (BMI 70+) but I figure any movement sends me closer to my goal. If you can't find it on your set up, you can find it on the internet where you can purchase the DVD or video.
