Sorry folks...I'm at a conference and don't have computer access. I should be back in the saddle again on Wednesday.
I did exercise this morning. I did 35 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes upper body strength training.
What did you do to move your body on these days?

Hope you are enjoying yourself at the conference.
Today I did 20 min. on the treadmill, 30 min. on the elliptical and then worked my legs, back and abs with the weigh training.

I did 30 minutes on the bike, 10 minutes on treadmill, and 10 minutes on the elliptical. I really need to be more consistent with my exercise to lose these pounds!!!!!!!!

Did my usual yesterday - 1 1/4 at the gym. 20 minutes on the bike, 40 minutes on the circuit with the weights and 15 minutes on the elliptical. I see it's starting to pay off. Gotta keep it up over the holidays.
