Well I did a 30 minute walk around the track at the gym at a very fast pace, then 15 minutes of ab work.

Hi Lori,
Not sure if I will get my bike riding in tonite, got to get ready for tomorrow.
But last nite, Did 9 miles on my bike. It felt so good. I hope I get time tonite to some spinning.

I did 20 minutes of "sit and tone" with the hand weights. I really feel it today, especially in my upper back. Guess that means I hit all the target muscles!
