Gym Is Open (Weekend)

Glad you had fun in Park City!
Well, my rash is still here ( I think it's heat rash/blocked sweat glands, ick) and I wasn't going to go to the gym today, but I did.
10 min. on bike
30 on elliptical
15 on treadmill
weight trained arms, shoulders and abs. My occupational therapist I see for my carpal tunnel said to knock off the chest exercises, she thinks that my chest muscles are too developed from an old job I had and they are part of what is causing my nerves to be pinched.

Hmm. I hadn't thought of that. The only thing is that most of it is not where I have skin folds, except I guess behind my knees, but that's only when my knees are bent. Otherwise it's on the outer upper arms, my inner wrist and my shins and calves. Heat rash is the only thing it looks like, eveything else is too red and/or bumpy, at least from what I've looked at online. I hate to go to the doctor though, but maybe I will try that spray powder, it can't make it any worse, and I've tried everything else I can think of! Thanks for the advice!

Lori, I'm sorry you aren't feeling well, but glad it's improving a little bit.
How exciting that you are going to Sweden!! I am excited for you! My dad's partents came here from Norway when they were in their 20s and I want to visit that area so bad. I hope you have a wonderful trip. I can't wait to hear about i!

Saturday: "The Firm" cardio dance class (45 minutes)
Sunday: I strung together three workouts - 2 short, 1 long: "The Fix" cardio dance (20 minutes), Kathy Ireland's "Sports Fitness Cross Training Workout" (1 hour), and "Shape Bikini Body Toning: Flat Abs" (15 minutes). It was a good exercise day!
