Deb, way to go! The smallest size I've ever been as an adult is probably a 14, I can't imagine how cool it would be to fit into a 12! That is awesome! Kix

thanks kix! i surely don't remember EVER being a size 12. it's so weird...i look in the mirror and i can see that i'm smaller than i was, but i don't think i look like i could be a size 12...yet i am! and other people have been telling me i'm too thin...TOO THIN??? how can that be? i'm still wanting that normal bmi number. i think it's the contrast between my former size and my current size that gets people saying things like that. how could a 12 be TOO thin? best to you! deb

This is fantastic Deb! I know I've been still in amazement that I fit in most size 16s! I say most because depending on how they are made, they may still be too tight. Have you ever had your body mass truly measured? I'm not sure we get accurate results by the scale and the bmi charts alone. We'd probably need to be weighed in a pool or something. Lori

hi lori you feeling any better today? i've never had any type of body mass measuring done...where do you even go to do that kind of thing? i'm clueless! but it would be really interesting to me. i so want to reach the normal bmi, but am not sure what to think about it because of all the skin. would that type of measurement give you a clue how much the skin actually weighs? i'll surely appreciate any insight you have into this topic! thanks. deb

I bow to you, that is so awesome, I started at well over 400lbs sometimes I think I will never get below 200lb. Fitting in 24's now... but a 12 I would pass out. Great Job, Lynn
