Gym Is Open (Wednesday)
Well I went to the gym this morning and and did 55 min on elliptical and 8 min on the treadmill. I think I will start doing the treadmill first for at least 15 min and then the elliptical for atleast 50 min. My goal is to be in the gym for atleast 1 1/2 to 2 hours 4 to 5 days per week.

So glad to hear you are feeling better. Knock on wood, I haven't had a really bad illness since WLS.
I did my usual. 1 hour on the elliptical last night. The crew went to the gym together. Husband, daughter and me. It's really good to use the family for motivation. A family that works out together, stays healthy together and together longer.
