Gym Is Open (Thursday)
Hi guys,
I didn't end up making it to my strength training class last night. After a whole day working with this cold, all I wanted to do is go home and rest and that I did. Feel better today and have my gym clothes with me, so I plan on going to the gym tonight. Wow do I miss it! I seem to really need that endorphine kick in the patootie each day!
What did you do to move your body today?

Thursdays are my "off" day because of school, so unless you consider me "restraining myself from strangling my professor" to be exercise, I did nuthin'.
I had an "excellent" food day, though. Took a piece of grilled chicken to school with me and nibbled that rather than scarf down pretzels and crackers.
I made it to the gym again after work yesterday for 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer. I've bumped up the intensity of my workout (was getting my heartrate around 123-125/bpm and am now aiming for 130-135/bpm) so I can continue to improve my overall fitness.
