Gym Is Open (Weekend)
I'm off to the gym. I think I'm going to do the full workout, both arms and legs strength training and then a long walk on the treadmill. I want to get back into the full swing. I'm still coughing but other than that, almost feel over my cold. In the nick of time, I might add. My flight to Sweden on the 7th of December is quickly approaching!
What have you done to move your body this weekend?

Hi Lori! I am so glad you are feeling better and back at the gym! My schedule didn't allow for me to go to the gym for the last 3 days (and I have a tendon in my arm/shoulder that is injured) and was glad to get back today!
10 min. Bike
30 min. Elliptical
15 min. Treadmill
Weight trained arms and shoulders lightly because of my injury, and abs.

Goodness yes! I actually got a compliment the other day when I went to the gym with my friend on the definition in my arms and shoulders. Too bad there's so much dang skin hanging off my otherwise muscular arms. Plus I definitely have the beginnings of a six pack (I call it my 2-pack!). I'll have to post since new pics whenever I get my digital camera situation straightened out.
