My "sit and tone" video decided to commit suicide, so I'll have to go get another one today. I think it's available on DVD now, which is better, anyway! I did a short walk and some leg strengthening exercises this morning. If I can replace my video today, I'll do my "sit and tone" later. What did you do to move your body today? Kix

Hi, I walked on the treadmill this morning. Around an half hour. I am trying to up my exercise a little more as the cold weather has me in the house more. I need some additional activity.

45 minute aerobic dance class followed by upper body weights and ab work.
