Gym is Open (Thursday)
Goodness, it's early -- at least it is for me. The Sears repair dude is coming today to do something with the new washer, and they were "kind" enough to give us a delivery window of 8-5 pm!
As soon as the repair dude leaves, I plan to do my "sit and tone" exercises. Right now, I'm half awake and would probably cause myself great bodily harm if I tried to use hand weights. I'd probably clop myself in the head during the arm crunches.

Well the same old same old for me except i slowed down a little today because my heart rate wouldn't come back down yesterday so today I kept it around 157 and my body was a lot happier. elliptical 35 then weights and then elliptical 25 min. Today is grazing day at my job and boy is there all kinds of good food. I must admit i gave in an had a piece of candy ok 2 and I am trying to stay towards the protien and not all of the other goodies. i am happy to say i am not eating everything on my plate I couldn't even if I wanted to. But all in all i don't feel deprived and can still enjoy myself a little. Lets face it I like food its just not my friend anymore but i will say the holidays are a challenage.
