I'm a loser.....finally
Hi Everyone
Long time no computer
But I'm finally back with all my wonderful friends on the best support site
A LOT has changed for me since I last was able to update. I had my surgery on Oct 2nd, so today I am 11 weeks out and went to weigh this morning and I am officially down 91 and 1/2 pounds.
I never thought I could do this, but here I am
I am having an issue with my incision though, and I was wondering if anyone else has gone through having a seroma (the doctor says it's a fluid filled pouch that will eventually dry up), I have one pretty big one and then I just had one that had closed open back up. Any suggestions on what to do? I'm using silver nitrate sticks per the doctor's orders. I kind of wonder if it isn't from the way I move around?
Anyway, just wanted to say Hi to everyone and a very special thank you to my special angel
Donna Franco, whom I met thanks to OH. Hope everyone has a great day and I will be checking back in daily
Love Ya
Theresa
Congratulations! That's a major accomplishment! I had mine Sept 13 and am down 76, so you're moving quickly down the scale. I know I feel so much better with just the 76 gone, so I imagine you must feel 100% better than before the surgery!
I'm not sure about the incision, I luckily didn't have that problem. Maybe someone else will know.
Congrats again - the surgery was a nice Christmas present, wasn't it?
