Gym Is Open (Wednesday)
Well started out with my elliptical 35 then hit the weights for 20 min and then back to elliptical trainer. I am thinking about increasing the days to 5 per week I want to see better results on the scale. I have increased my protien drinks to 2 per day which gives me about 54 grams of protien and then with my jerky and meals I should be well into where I should be so we will see if it works in Monday weigh in. Well thats all for now.
Hey, Kix i just cleaned out my closet this past weekend got rid of about 5 bags of clothes. Have fun i have went from a size 34 to a 26 and some 24 depends how they are made I have even put on a size 2x from a 5x. Talk to ya soon

I think I need to increase it because the weight just isn't coming off as fast as I would like. I am only losing around 10 pounds per month. My doctor said it good to no lose it fast so that it stays off, but I want it to come off. So I am going to change my way of thinking I only want to be healthy is going to be my new focus. I will be 8 months out next month and I am only down around 119 which for a person of my size it really not that much weightloss but I am working on it I am now down to 336 from 455 which is good but I know I can do better. I have made some changes let me know what you thing I have a double shot of protien in the moring for breakfast with my coffee that 54 grams of protien this keep me full for the better part of the morning I can't eat any thing until around 11:30am by that time I am hungry. Then I have some protien and maybe a little carbs for energy because of all of the exercise i do your body needs some carbs today I burned up over 1000 calories at the gym. Then I have an afternoon snack some almonds or a couple of piece of jerky and then it home for diner with protien and veggies and then a evening snack either popcorn or soy crisp or whatever I have a taste for. I just want to make sure I am doing right. I make sure that I drink atleast 64 oz of water per day now this isn't counting everything else I drink either. Well Lori this is me in a nut shell tell me what you thing maybe I need to change something to get to losing again.

I did my 40 minutes of aerobics this morning, but nothing else. I had to run out the door to work before this blizzard got any worse. I made it home just in time to see it get really crazy out there!
I did notice something fun today as I was stretching - I could actually feel my bone on my leg! Well, I think it was my bone, it might of been muscle. But it was so cool to be able to feel an actual leg under all that fat!
Until tomorrow, when I will probably be shoveling for many hours, trying to get out of my house. That should be good exercise!
