How do you mix your protein shakes without using a blender? With hand utensils it just doesn't mix very well, and the blender puts in so much air. Thanks and Merry Christmas, Faith

Hey Faith, I dont know about everyone else but when I drink them I use a rubbermaid container and shake the stew out of it. It is a lil more effort but a small workout in the process lol...I dont have a blender so have to borrow my daughters when I need one but im lazy and dont want the mess anyway with one. Hope this helps. Enjoy that oriental today. I havent had any of that yet except lowfat eggrolls at walmart in the meat case. So hope you do well and dont get sick... Happy holidays to you... Hugs Marge

Oh! about the Chinese lunch...did I forget to mention that I am pre op--sorry--and thanks for the concern. I don't think I will be brave enough to try it for a very long time, if ever, after surgery! Thanks for the container suggestion. I'll be looking around. Merry Christmas, Faith

Faith, There are these mixer cups that you can get at GNC or grocery stores, (the ones at the grocery stores are for the mixable dressings, they have a strainer in them) they have a metal spiral ring in them so when you shake them it mixes up better. Lori

Thanks for another good idea. It's great to have so many choices. If I can't find one, maybe I can find another. Merry Christmas, Faith

Hi Faith.... I found mine at the "Dollar Tree". For a $1.00!!! I bought 2 just to be safe. They are a GNC, a little more money if you don't have a dollar tree, or I did search on eBay for them too. They were made from Tupperware. A friend of mine found them at Goodwill too! Happy Shopping!!! Merry Christmas! Carmella

Surely we must have a Dollar Tree somewhere near us in L.A. county. I know we have Big Lots, lots and lots of 99 cent stores, even some 98 cent stores. I'll be on the look out. I do love a bargain! Merry Christmas, Faith

I use a stick blender the kind that goes directly into your glass. It cost me about 14 dollars at walmart..and it was worth every penny, it takes only 2 seconds to clean when i'm done mixing. Scott

Those are great too, Scott. I had one years ago and didn't realize that they were back. Now---where did I pack that one away? It's probably faster and easier to make a jaunt to Walmart! Thanks so much... Merry Christmas, Faith
