Merry christmas a day late to everbody. For eating as much as I did over the weekend I only gained 1 pound but I need to get back to basics and I really need to exercise but I just cannot get the motivation again that I am needing so here it goes.

Good Morning Everyone! Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas! Ours was very nice, but I have to say I'm glad it's all over for another year. Today is my husbands birthday so once again we're all going out to dinner!
This is the first time every in my life that I actually lost weight during the holidays ... now that's a true miracle!

This week-262 Total weight loss - 112lb gone forever!
I'm 5 months out and half way to my goal!!!

Last week: 223.6
This week: 220.4
Not sure how I managed to be 3 pounds lighter on Christmas, because I've eaten a lot of carbs, plus I hadn't exercised in a week. Must be all the running around finishing shopping, wrapping, cleaning, etc.! Anyway, my goal for the month was to simply maintain and it looks like I'll be able to make that goal.
Good luck to everyone staying on track during the holidays. Don't beat yourselves up for an occasional "bad" decision, but get yourself back on track as soon as possible!

I'll take the 2 pounds, no problem
I will be shocked if I lose this week, over did it a bit with dressing (my mom's is to die for!). But I told myself before hand Monday and Tuesday would be "no worries" days - I still ate small portions, but treated myself a little. So, I am back on track and ready to work hard!
