Gym Is Open (Wednesday)

Back on track. Did 10 mins on the eliptical (wow that thing hurts my knees!) 35 minutes of strength training and 35 minutes on treadmill. There is almost no one at the gym these days. What did you do to mover your body today? Lori

I posted today's plan in yesterday's thread by accident. Anyway, 30 minute step class followed by some toning work. I think folks will be back in full force after the holidays. Glad you're feeling better Lori!

Can you believe I did more shoveling today? An hour's worth and it was HARD! My folks could barely get out of the driveway, so I decided to get it cleared before I headed home this afternoon. It was the hard, been sitting there for a week type of snow, the worst to shovel. So, I get plenty of exercise today after two days of nothing. And get this, another big blizzard is on it's way tomorrow - suppose to get LOTS more snow. God help me, I can't imagine shoveling even more snow - we still have 5 foot drifts in our parking lot!. This is just insane (this will be me if I am stuck at home again for 3 days)
