Gym Is Open (Thursday)
Not sure exactly what I'm doing tonight, but I WILL be doing something. I need to do something low-impact because I gained a few over the holiday (actaully more than a few...
) and the extra weight on my joints makes jumping and high impact exercise painful. I did a 45 minute step/interval class, which is step aerobics with intervals of high intensity/high impact floor aerobics. About half-way through my feet hurt so much I thought I would have to stop, but I didn't. It's surprising the difference a few pounds can make - I don't understand how I carried around 300+ pounds for my entire life when now going over 160 is agony on my knees and feet. Anyway, I need to find something with a high calorie burn that hutr my feet too badly. Maybe I'll break out one of my Walk Away the Pounds DVD's.
