HI HO, HI HO...IT'S OFF TO WORK I GO

i'm returning with mixed feelings. i know i need to get back - need the job, need the money, need to feel useful and productive... but when i saw the ear dr. yesterday i was told i need ANOTHER PROCEDURE. apparently my eardrum has a hole in it that won't grow shut so he needs to patch it with skin from behind my ear. that'll be a week off work then i saw the colorectal surgeon today and he tells me the sutures started opening. i'm ok to go back to work since i mostly sit, but i've gotta be careful, continue with the sitz baths, and see him again in two weeks. as i said - ambivalent emotions. just thought i'd update for those who have been so supportive and caring. thanks again for the messages, prayers, and kinds thoughts. hugs to all dorthe

Hey Dorthe, Jeez, I know that is so sucky to hear " no pun entended lol".. But maybe this will be the end of the "fixing things that are broke lol" dont ya like my dr terminology? Lol.... And then on the other hand... Maybe somebody is trying to tell ya to be a stay at home heffer like me lol... Hang in there and dont over do it. Take it easy.. Keep me posted to... Hugs Marge.
