Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
Happy New Years, Everyone!
I very sleepily drug myself to the gym this morning at 5 am. So hard to get back into the swing of things after a long weekend! But, feel like a million now since I did it.
I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the recumbant bike and 20 minutes upper body strength training.
