Gym Is Open (Wednesday)
Hi guys!
Well, this morning all of us were all finally back at the gym. There has been a lot of illness among my fellow exercisers. Well, we did the recumbant bike for 30 minutes, then did some lower body work...but, mostly we chatted!!! Which didn't interfere with the bike work, but, I certainly did not get in as much of a workout on the lower body...but, it was great to see everyone and I had fun.
What did you do to move your body today?

Hey Lori,
Well I did the elliptical for 55 min this morning, 125 crunches, and strength training I was in the gym for about 1 1/2 hours. Going back tonight with a friend for support so I figure I could burn a few extra calories so I will be going 2 times a day on Monday Wednesday and Thursday. I am only going to do the elliptcal in the evening since I put so much time into other exercises in the morning. Lets see if this will jump start the weightloss again.

Hi Lori,
I just wanted to pop in and say hi. Guess what??? Hubby and I
joined a gym today. I am so excited. I'll just do the tread mill
until Cody is born. Joining a gym was one of my wls goals.
They opened up right by my work and have such a great
deal going on right now. It gets dark so early and is so cold
outside to walk like I used to.
I also posted a pic of me on my profile. It's big and might take
a minute to load.
