Anyone over 400 lbs. when journey started?

Norma, I started at 416...can't believe I am writing that number! I have lost 113lbs in less than 5 months....I am inspired by these women everyday!! My nurse pract says I am ahead of the game.....so I keep on walking!!

Hi Norma, Yep ... I was 442 when I began this journey, weighed 430 at surgery. You've lost 156 lbs in one year ... that is a fantastic accomplishment!!! I would say if you've been able to do that ... you're working your program right. The first post-op year is filled with worries and "what ifs" ... try not to go there.
