Gym Is Open (Thursday)

Today I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes stretching...felt sore so decided not to do strength training today. About 20 trainee fireman came in to work out the last 20 minutes I was there. I swear I felt like I was at a beefcake film shoot. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

I went to my water aerobics class, then swam extra laps as hard as I could. So, about 1 hr. 20 minutes of moving around. Jennie

20 Trainee Fireman I bet you got a really good workout WOW!!!!!!!!!! Well I made it to the gym around 5am and completed 35 min on elliptical trainer then strength training 125 crunches and then elliptical again. Lorraine

On Thursday, I did a 40-minute interval program on the elliptical trainer, plus 2 sets of 12 reps on the weight machines for my biceps, triceps, and pectoral muscles. The interval program kicked my butt - it's a much more intense workout that the usual program I use, but it felt great. Kellie
