Hey Sasha. Welcome aboard the best message board ever! There are alot of newbies now on here and still some of us dusty oldies around lol.... This is the place for no judging and being there for each other for sure. Seems like the other boards didnt have alot for me when I was starting out at such a huge size. I just plain out didnt have things in common with smaller weighted people. Even the struggles are totally different in most ways. Mobility for sure. My bmi starting out was 67 and had issues with daily living. Now its a blessing for sure. So you just post away and let us know when you need us. We will be there for sure. I also see you have my doctor. You will love them. They are the greatest bunch of people. I just dont miss having to go to Altanta all the time like used to. Hate hate hate that traffic when you are coming from a one horse town like mine lol.. Hugs Marge

Thank you so much Margaret! I know exactly how you feel. I felt like other boards didnt have people with weights as high as mine and that no one could ultimately truly relate. Yes, so far Dr. Duncan and staff are excellent. Lol, yes, Atlanta has HORRIBLE traffic. Luckily, I know a lot of the back roads. My surgery is tentative for 1/29/07. I will certainly seek all of you all's support. Thanks again!
