The Gym is open (Tuesday)

Well today I received a plesant surprise from my scale then I started thinking about my weightloss goal. I am currently weighing in at 327 as of this morning and i started out at 455 which gives me a total of -128 which is over 50% of the weight I need to lose. I am so happy when I saw the numbers I just couldn't beleive it. I can't believe I made it to 50% in 8 months. Well i sure am glad i hit that gym this morning didn't do to many weights but I did manage to do the elliptical for 66 min and 125 crunches. What did you do to move your body today? Lorraine

I did 30 minutes of circuit training and 1 hr 15 minutes in the pool. I'm hoping to make it back for tonight's aqua fit class, but I'll have to see if that is reasonable. Jennie

I went back to the Y tonight and did another hour of Aqua Fit. I'm tired. Jennie

Congratulations on your weightloss, Lorraine. You're doing excellent! Today's workout (which I just finished a few minutes ago): The Firm "Ultimate Fat Burning Workout" followed by upper body weights and abs on the stability ball. I "HATE" crunches on the ball, but I guess I'd better keep at it.

Hi Lorraine! Congrats on making it to the half way point! I can't wait to get there. It must be nice to know you are over that hump! Today I hit the gym: Treadmill 20 min. Elliptical 25 min. Weight training on legs and back. jacie

I went to the gym after work and did 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer. Planning to go back today (Wednesday) for more! Kellie
