The Gym is open (Tuesday)
Well today I received a plesant surprise from my scale then I started thinking about my weightloss goal. I am currently weighing in at 327 as of this morning and i started out at 455 which gives me a total of -128 which is over 50% of the weight I need to lose. I am so happy when I saw the numbers I just couldn't beleive it. I can't believe I made it to 50% in 8 months. Well i sure am glad i hit that gym this morning didn't do to many weights but I did manage to do the elliptical for 66 min and 125 crunches.
