3-Months Out and here's my update!!!

Hi everyone I had my 3-month checkup with my doc today ----- I am down 79.8 pounds!!!!!!!! This is the first time I've been excited!! I am near my own personal goal of 100 pounds down in 4 months and think I might make it! Doc shook my hand, and said "I have nothing to say to you; you're doing great, right where you should be, you're doing everything right...I'll see you in 6 months!"

COngrats! great job. Keep up the good work! I only lost 40 lbs in my forst 3 months. I am a s-l-o-w loser, but at least I am losing! Shellie
