Gym Is Open (Friday)

Went to the gym this morning and did 3 times through the circuit weight training for about 40 minutes then 25 minutes on the treadmill. what did you do to move your body today? Lori

Hey there Lori, Well it was a very cold morning in California but I got up and went to the gym anyway. I very shocked at the changes taking place in me. Ok now the gym I am addicted to the gym I love going and i love to sweat isn't that strange. Well i did the elliptical trainer for 70 min and 125 crunches and weight training 30 min. Thats it for me. This weekend i am going to take it easy i will only be in the gym for 30 min each day since I am in working out for longer periods durring the week. Have a great weekend and talk to ya on Monday. Hi Lori, I went to the gym today (5th day in a row woohooo!!!) I did 35 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes on the elliptical trainer. Have a good weekend. Diana

I had to do Dance duty at the miidle school I teach at so I walked laps around the gym the whole time...2 hours! I have blisters on both my feet, but 6 months ago I would never have been able to do it. I got up today and my daughters and I went out to the flea market and walked around and then did our weekly shopping. Shellie
